Weight Control

A lot of us got fatter during the lockdown. Gyms and swimming pools were closed, and the access to exercise seemed impossible for many. Many got depressed with their weight increase.

Being happy with your weight is nothing to be ashamed of. Wanting to lose your weight is nothing to be ashamed of. But for some people it is a perpetual struggle.

They may join a group, lose some weight, eventually lose interest – and go on to put on what they lost, and more. Weight control is about achieving the weight you want – and maintaining it at that level.

On the three session program Matthew will use the awesome power of your subconscious mind to help you to control, if not banish, sugar intake. The same can be done with savoury foods. He will help you to get away from comfort eating, and control stress levels – encouraging supreme self esteem. He will help you to make sure you get the right nutrients, whilst maintaining calorie control.

He will encourage you to move more – to encourage metabolic rate. But will also hypnotically kick a sluggish metabolism into full functioning. The program can be geared towards encouraging full exercise programs too. He will also teach self hypnosis techniques – so that you will be able to overcome temptations at the flick of a finger.

Because the subconscious mind accepts the suggestions made in trance as real, we can work together to create the future that you want for your body. This will help to create body confidence, and may add to your confidence in other areas too.
